Eligibility
Enrollment is open throughout the year, depending on space availability, for children aged 12 weeks through 5 years.

Waitlist
PCC currently has a waitlist for all developmental age groups.
Enrollment priority is given to families with an active Penn affiliation. Applicants are strongly encouraged to seek alternate childcare arrangements in the event a space is not available at their desired enrollment date.
While on the waitlist, applicants are asked to call the Center monthly at 215-898-5268 to maintain waitlist position. Failure to do so will result in removal from the waitlist.
