Due to PCC’s current waitlist, Penn has partnered with the Parent Infant Center (located on campus) and The Caring Center to increase child-care access in West Philadelphia for Penn-affiliated families as well as the local community. Both facilities are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and provide high-quality childcare for all.
